7 Day Intestinal Detox

Includes:  Alpha, Omega, Bluemate, Life Colloid

Alpha & Omega:  take each 5 minutes apart;  morning and evening on an empty stomach (twice a day)

Take a  half teaspoon in 4 oz. of water or low sugar juice or on a slice of fruit or vegetable.

Bluemate:  Take a flat teaspoon 1-2 x's per day in 6-8 oz. of water or juice. 

In water squeeze some lemon or orange in it.

Bluemate is a colon cleanser and laxative. 

It is best to evacuate 2-3 times per day.

If you go too much, just take less of the Bluemate.

Life Colloid:  1/3 teaspoon in 4 oz. of water 2x's per day.

Indulge in fresh juices, vegetarian soups, smoothies, electrolyte lemonade, salads with avocado; if you are hungry eat quinoa, nut milk, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, almonds, fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
