Bear Root

My lungs were in need of deep cleansing and I was coughing up a lot of mucus; regular wear and tear from breathing in pollution from living in a big city. I have also been a smoker for some years so bear root has helped me enormously by healing my respiratory tract. I take it regularly now and it has made a big difference!
